As recently as 2020, Suzuki changed their flagship V-Strom adventure bike. That year, we spent a lot of time riding the V-Storm 1050 XT, inspired by DR Big. All except one situation—off-road—saw the ADV perform excellently. However, the 2023 Suzuki V-Strom 1050DE 1050DE won’t be available until next year.
Design and build
Suzuki made significant adjustments to the adventurer’s chassis to increase the platform’s reputation for off-roading. The full-size adventure bike’s 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels allow it to handle challenging obstacles, and the Dunlop Trailmax Mixtour tires let it adapt to various terrains. Suzuki combines larger legs with redesigned shoes, increasing fore and aft suspension travel and ground clearance with the updated KYB 34mm USD fork and link-type rear shock.
The company adds a re-engineered swingarm that increases the length and torsional stiffness to support those efforts further. For optimal stability on the trail, the chassis improvements enhance the rake angle and wheelbase.
Riding experience
The remainder of the DE’s basic equipment reflects durability. The enduro-inspired three-piece front fender, aluminum bash plate, and engine accessory bar shield crucial parts from on- and off-road debris. Similarly, the rider gets support from a more durable chassis, stands on large steel footpegs, and uses broader, thicker handlebars to steer. In addition to a new full-color, five-inch TFT display, and a USB accessory slot, the cockpit comes with a trail-oriented windshield that improves sight, whether riding or standing on the pegs.

Suzuki hasn’t officially announced the model in the United States, although it was revealed in Italy. The previous semi-double-cradle steel structure remains in place for the upgraded fuel-injected 652cc thumper. Roads less frequented will be no match for the protective skid plate, spoked wheels, and long-travel suspension. At the same time, long-distance interstate travel will experience comfortable egos, a long wheelbase, and an enormous 6.1-gallon fuel tank. A two-position adjustable windshield and hand guards are features in the entry-level models, making them appropriate for any riding situation. In India, Ultraviolette Automotive recently had a private test ride of the highly awaited F77 electric motorbike. The production-ready F77 was on show during a test ride of this futuristic-looking, performance-oriented electric motorcycle at the TAAL Aerodrome in Tamil Nadu, India, ahead of its market release.
The business claimed in July 2022 that the production-ready version of the Ultraviolette F77 was soon around the corner. Introducing a brand-new model to commemorate Moto Guzzi’s 100th anniversary would be the ideal way to do it. Unfortunately, because of the recent Covid scenario, the V100 Mandello didn’t make it to the United States, but here’s what we already know about it.
An important development in Guzzi’s current lineup, the V100 Mandello represents a step forward in performance and technology from the company’s current concentration on entry-level bikes with accurate historical styling. At 9,500 rpm, the Mandello’s new liquid-cooled 1042cc engine produces 115 horsepower and an outstanding 105 Nm of torque. Besides, it boasts riding modes, adjustable traction control and cruise control, and quickshifter and hlins Smart EX 2.0 semi-active suspension, identical to Triumph’s Smart EX 2.0 suspension.

After releasing the Pan America in 2021, Harley-Davidson entered the adventure-touring market. Pan America features H-Revolution D’s Max 1250 liquid-cooled engine. The engine produces 150 horsepower and 95 lb-ft of torque with a 9,500 rpm redline.
