Ducati certainly isn’t shying away from scrambler bikes in their lineup. Now, the company revealed a new scrambler, the 1100 Dark Pro.
Ducati’s new scrambler bike actually has the same matte black and silver aesthetic as the Icon Dark model. But, the 1100 Dark Pro will begin a new, 1100 Pro line of scramblers. And there is already the 1100 line, but it isn’t the same as the 1100 Pro line. It sounds kind of complicated as Ducati is starting to sub-segment a lot of their lineup now.
Here are some of the features of the 1100 Dark Pro:
- 1,079cc Desmodromic L-twin engine
- 10-spoke alloy wheels
- USD front forks
- Kayaba mono-shock rear
- Round black mirrors
- Traction control
- Three ride modes
- Cornering ABS
By the looks of it, this will undoubtedly be a heavily customizable, no-frills machine. Ducati has many scramblers in their lineup right now, at least nine relevant models for now. Nevertheless, the 1100 Dark Pro looks impressive, to say at least. Its price is $15,049 (€12,740/£11,535).
